The latest Steam Hardware Survey, released by Valve, offers a detailed snapshot of the evolving PC gaming landscape, indicating significant shifts in component preferences and trends. Notably, processors featuring eight cores have emerged as the most popular CPU configuration among Steam users, surpassing their quad-core predecessors in adoption.
