Sunday Show (“Sunday Show”, “we”, “us”, “our”) publishes a daily digital newspaper at sundayshow.in. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website, mobile web experience, newsletters, Web Stories, AMP pages, and any other product we operate under the Sunday Show brand (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Sunday Show combines wire copy, primary reporting, and AI-assisted summarisation to publish news in plain, simple language. Every article on Sunday Show is AI-generated or AI-assisted using publicly available news APIs (including but not limited to GNews and Mediastack) and other public sources, and then published by the Sunday Show desk. We publish a short summary in our own words and, wherever available, link to the original news publication so you can read the full report from the primary source. We do not claim exclusivity over the underlying facts and we respect the copyright of the original publishers. Human editors oversee sensitive categories (politics, health, finance, elections) but we cannot guarantee any single story is free of error.

If you are a publisher and want your article summary, image, headline or attribution changed, corrected or removed — or if you spot any other inaccuracy — write to sundayshow.in@gmail.com with the article URL and we will action the request within 72 working hours.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. When you sign up you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Services, attempt to reverse engineer them, or violate applicable law.

Sunday Show articles, headlines, photographs (unless credited to a wire agency), audio, Web Stories, and the “Sunday Show” brand are protected by copyright and trademark. You may read, share and link to our articles for personal, non-commercial use. Republishing, scraping, training AI models on our content, or bulk redistribution requires our prior written permission.

You agree not to: (a) post unlawful, defamatory, or hateful content through comments, submissions or newsletters; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services; (c) use automated tools to crawl, scrape, or extract content at a rate that harms our infrastructure; (d) misuse another user’s account.

Our articles link to third-party websites for context and further reading. Sunday Show has no control over the content, privacy practices or availability of those sites and is not responsible for them.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Because our editorial workflow uses AI, we make no warranty that any article is complete, current, or free of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunday Show is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Last updated: 9 July 2026.
